Applied artificial intelligence,
engineered to last.

A small Norwegian practice for companies that would rather have two engineers who understand the whole system than a department that understands none of it. Language models, data pipelines, backends, parts drawn to be built, and the unglamorous plumbing in between.

The Practice

Lindeman Technologies was founded on a plain premise: most software problems are not solved by more tools, but by someone taking the time to understand the problem completely before writing a line of code. The firm is family-held, the engineering is done by two brothers, and the book of clients is kept deliberately small so that every engagement receives that attention.

The work spans applied machine learning, ordinary careful software engineering, and three-dimensional design for things that must eventually be built. A model is only as good as the data pipeline feeding it, a part only as good as the drawing a workshop receives, and either only as good as the person who can still explain it to a board six months later.

Services

Most engagements draw on more than one

  1. 01

    Artificial Intelligence

LLM applications, retrieval systems, agents and evaluation harnesses. Built with clear boundaries, measured against real tasks, and shipped with the guardrails a serious business requires.

    • Evaluation
  2. 02

    Data & Backend

Pipelines, APIs and services that hold up under load and under audit. Sound schemas, honest error handling, and observability you can act on at three in the morning.

    • APIs
    • Infrastructure
  3. 03

    Automation

Quiet removal of manual work. Internal tooling, integrations between systems that were never meant to speak, and the scripts that turn a two-day routine into a scheduled job.

    3D Modelling & Production

Parametric CAD, part and product modelling, and drawings a workshop can build from without ringing to ask what was meant. Renders and visualisations when a thing must be seen before it exists.

  5. 05

    Advisory

Technical due diligence, architecture review and second opinions. Useful before a build begins, when one has gone quiet, or when a board needs the situation described without embellishment.

Method

  1. i.

    Understand first

No proposal before the problem is described back to you in your own terms. Discovery is short, direct, and free of charge.

  2. ii.

    Ship in increments

Working software in weeks rather than slideware in months. Each increment is deployable and independently useful.

  3. iii.

    Leave it maintainable

Documented, tested and handed over. The measure of the work is whether your team can carry it forward without us.

Availability is limited by design. A short note describing the problem, the constraints and the timeline is enough to begin — a reply follows within two business days.
